Returns/Exchanges

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns postmarked within 30 days of receiving the shipment. We do not accept returns after 30 days. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure the product has been securely packed in a box or bubble mailer to prevent any damage during shipping. We strongly advise you use a shipping method that has a tracking number to ensure your item does not get lost.

All returned items must be unworn and undamaged in the original packaging. There should be no scratches or marks on the item and no sign of wear; the product should not have been altered in any way. Any items that are received that have been worn, damaged, or altered will not be refundable. We will only issue a credit once we have received and examined the product.
