Shipping and Returns

Do you ship to my country?
We strive to provide worldwide shipping and ship to most countries worldwide. At this time our courier service is unable to deliver to the following countries: Argentina, Bouvet Island, Christmas Island, Crimea, Cuba, Heard Island, Iran, Libya, McDonald Island, North Korea, Palestine, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Turkmenistan.

Is shipping free?
We offer free shipping on all orders. Express shipping options also available at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We fulfill all orders directly from our facility in Toronto, Ontario. We process orders as soon as possible, so most products are shipped within 1-2 days. Glasses that require prescription lenses will take an additional 1-2 weeks processing time.

Shipping takes 3-5 business days on average for shipments going to the US and Canada, from the moment the order leaves our facility. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped, and you’ll be able to follow your order’s journey to your home.

What’s your return policy?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We offer a simple 30 days Return Policy, if you wish to return or exchange an item. Please contact us to request a refund/exchange. As soon as we receive your package, the items will go through inventory control and then we will proceed with a full refund minus restocking fee of $10 USD.

Please note: we do not offer refunds for customized items, such as prescription lenses, unless it is due to a manufacturing defect. All returns must be unused and in original condition.
